Olivia Oddis (she/her), MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated provider with a strong foundation in the field of social work since 2019. Olivia has worked with individuals in a variety of settings, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse populations. Olivia began her career in Milwaukee with Pathfinders Youth Shelter, where she served as a Youth and Family Advocate, working closely with youth and families to promote their well-being and resilience. Her passion for helping others continues to drive her work, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. Alongside time at Pathfinders, Olivia has also served youth and families in Wraparound and CCS services in Milwaukee. Most recently, Olivia has worked as a school social worker in Milwaukee Public Schools. With a passion for supporting students and families, Olivia has worked to promote mental health and well-being within the school community, through collaboration, providing safe spaces, and a commitment to advocacy. Olivia values providing trauma-informed care, while also maintaining a warm and approachable style of collaboration. She tailors to fit individual needs and preferences, ensuring that each connection feels relevant and supportive. Olivia believes in the power of humor to create a safe and supportive environment.

Individual Skill Development and Enhancement
Individual Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE) with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month, could include teaching, modeling, training and practice in communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and other specific needs identified in your service plan. Services may also include training in daily living skills related to personal care, household tasks, financial management, transportation, shopping, parenting, accessing and connecting to community resources and services (including health care services), and other specific daily living needs identified in your service plan.
Services provided to minors also focus on improving integration into and interaction with the minor’s family, school, community, and other social networks. Services include assisting the minor’s family in gaining skills to assist the minor with individual skill development and enhancement.
Individual Family and Psychoeducation - Managing Mental Health/Substance Use Concerns
Individual and Family Psychoeducation services with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month,
