Housing Assistance

We are grateful to be partnering with Messiah Lutheran Church to offer housing assistance for single parents.  If you or your client is a single parent (or child of a single parent) in need of assistance and meet the following criteria, please fill out the form to request needed assistance. Messiah Lutheran Church will provide up to $350 up to twice in a lifetime (and not twice within two years) for people that meet the following criteria:  

1.) Single Parent  

2.) Have lived at current residence for at least three months  

3.) Complete the short form below which includes needing to upload a Release of Information between client and HI/MLC.  

4.) Have not received assistance from MLC in the past two years; may only receive assistance twice during lifetime. 

This program is open to anyone in need of housing assistance, not just CCS participants.
