McKenna Marion (she/her), BA, has a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications from UW Milwaukee. She is passionate about working with youth and young adults. She believes that all kids deserve to feel like they are valued, understood, and supported. McKenna has experience working with foster youth, youth in the juvenile justice system, neurodivergent youth, and working with school systems to ensure youth have the support they need to be academically successful. McKenna is an advocate for youth and their families, believing in providing care for the familial unit to ensure that the individuals she serves feel supported by all of the team members in their lives.
When not at work, McKenna is often tending to her two dogs, Odin and Korra. McKenna believes in the healing support that animals can provide and hopes to continue to train her dogs to provide therapeutic support for those who need it.

Individual Skill Development and Enhancement
Individual Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE) with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month, could include teaching, modeling, training and practice in communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and other specific needs identified in your service plan. Services may also include training in daily living skills related to personal care, household tasks, financial management, transportation, shopping, parenting, accessing and connecting to community resources and services (including health care services), and other specific daily living needs identified in your service plan.
Services provided to minors also focus on improving integration into and interaction with the minor’s family, school, community, and other social networks. Services include assisting the minor’s family in gaining skills to assist the minor with individual skill development and enhancement.
Individual Family and Psychoeducation - Managing Mental Health/Substance Use Concerns
Individual and Family Psychoeducation services with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month,
