Laurel Norton (she/her), MAOT, OTR, brings more than a decade of experience spanning healthcare and education settings, with a background as both an occupational therapist and a clinical support specialist. She has provided care and learning opportunities to adults and children in acute care, long-term care, and K-12 school district environments, as well as direct support to psychiatric providers for almost a decade.

Laurel is passionate about holistic, person-centered support that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her work has always been grounded in helping others find meaning and purpose in daily life, and she believes medication management and skill-building are important tools on that journey. Laurel’s particular strength is collaborating with diverse care teams, providers, and families to empower clients at every stage.

She holds advanced training in healthcare and theology, and is dedicated to lifelong learning in both the practical and creative arts. Outside of work, Laurel enjoys music (she’s studied multiple instruments), spending time in nature, bird watching, crafting with friends, and recharging with word games and a good book.

Her approach is gentle, methodical, and deeply invested in seeing each client as a whole person, always moving toward greater wellness, independence, and hope.
