Katie Fabel (she/her), MS, is a dedicated mental health professional with a unique background. With years of experience as an art educator, Katie has always been passionate about the transformative power of creativity and its healing properties for the mind and soul. She holds a Master’s degree in Art Education with a background in art therapy and psychology, which allows Katie to take an artistic approach to client-centered, strength-focused treatment.
Throughout her career, Katie has witnessed firsthand how artistic expression can foster emotional healing and personal growth. This inspired her to pursue a career in mental health, where she specializes in working with children, adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges and triumphs of that age.
Katie’s approach is empathic and she believes in the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood and supported. By combining her expertise in art and mental health, Katie offers a unique approach to mental health services and she hopes to empower her clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies through creative expression.

Individual Skill Development
Individual and Family Psycho-education
Individual Skill Development and Enhancement
Individual Skill Development and Enhancement (ISDE) with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month, could include teaching, modeling, training and practice in communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and other specific needs identified in your service plan. Services may also include training in daily living skills related to personal care, household tasks, financial management, transportation, shopping, parenting, accessing and connecting to community resources and services (including health care services), and other specific daily living needs identified in your service plan.
Services provided to minors also focus on improving integration into and interaction with the minor’s family, school, community, and other social networks. Services include assisting the minor’s family in gaining skills to assist the minor with individual skill development and enhancement.
Individual Family and Psychoeducation - Managing Mental Health/Substance Use Concerns
Individual and Family Psychoeducation services with Hope Inspired, for up to 12 hours per month,
