Emma Shore (she/her), MS, MFT-IT, began a new chapter as a Marriage and Family Therapist after spending years in the art museum field. Emma now uses her artistic background to enhance sessions with elements of creative expression, based on client interest. Emma has personally experienced the transformative power of art to process and heal from traumatic experiences.
Emma’s approach is person-centered and collaborative. As your provider, Emma will work with you to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to heal and build a life and relationships that are authentic to you.
In Emma’s work she looks at the many factors, both internal and external, that influence clients’ lives. She will get to know you and what you bring to treatment as an individual, while also considering the relationships, interactions, and larger systems that impact you. She will support you in identifying areas of your life that are within your power to change for the better.
Emma customizes her approach to fit the individual needs of each client, but always honors the strength and resilience of each person she works with.
“Because you are alive, everything is possible.”
